摘要
我国食品供应体系质量管理主要针对食品供应过程中的质量安全问题进行分析,包括生产原材料、生产加工过程、包装和运输销售过程中的质量安全。在实际的运行过程中存在着问题,导致微生物和有害因素侵入到食品当中,对食品质量和食品安全造成了严重威胁。
My country’s food supply system is mainly aimed at the analysis of food supply issues,including the raw materials required for production in the food supply process,the quality and safety management of the production process,processing,packaging,and transportation during the sales process,in actual operation there are problems in the process.As a result,many microorganisms and many factors invade food,posing a serious threat to food quality and food safety.
