摘要
本文综述了国内外浒苔多糖的应用研究进展,包括浒苔多糖的制备工艺以及在肥料、饲料、食品等领域的开发应用,提出浒苔多糖高值化开发技术,为浒苔的资源化利用和绿潮治理提供参考。
In this paper,the research progress of Polysaccharides from Enteromorpha prolifera at home and abroad was reviewed,including its preparation technology,and development and application in fertilizer,feed and food.The highvalue development technology of Polysaccharides from Enteromorpha prolifera was put forward to provide reference for resource utilization and green tide control of Enteromorpha prolifera.
