食品安全检测是按照国家相关标准来检测食品中的有害物质,主要是一些有害有毒的指标的检测,比如重金属、黄曲霉毒素等。在社会经济高速发展的新时期,食品安全问题是人们关注健康时面临的首要问题。应对食品安全检验检测体系存在的问题,完善我国食品检验检测体系是食品事业人的重要使命。本文主要提出食品检验检测体系中的不足,并提出完善的对策。

Food safety detection is to detect harmful substances in food according to national indicators,mainly some harmful and toxic indicators,such as heavy metals,aflatoxin and so on.In the new period of rapid social and economic development,food safety is the most important problem that people face when they pay attention to health.Deal with the problems existing in the food safety inspection and inspection system and how to perfect the food inspection and inspection system in our country is an important mission of food enterprises.This paper mainly puts forward the deficiency in the food inspection and inspection system,and puts forward the perfect countermeasure.
