Literature Review of the Food Safety Supervision Research in Rural Campus

我国农村校园食品安全监管问题研究主要以政府、学校和社会为对象,探讨各监管主体存在的监管问题,同时基于政府失灵、市场失灵和信息不对称理论,结合实际的调查现状,进行原因分析,并提出针对性的解决对策。本文通过归纳总结国内外研究成果,进行综合评述,为实现农村校园食品安全稳定发展理清思路。

The researchers major in the supervision problems existing in each subject:the government,schools,and society.Meanwhile,based on the theories of government failure,market failure and information asymmetry and combined with the actual investigation status to the analyzed the causes,then put forward the targeted countermeasure.This article summarizes both domestic and overseas research results,makes comprehensive comments,in order to ravel out thinking for the stable development of food safety in rural campus.
