摘要
食品通过微生物检测是符合食用标准的基础和前提,在对食品进行微生物检测时,需要更新检测方法、提升质量控制,从而加强对检测结果准确性的判断,为食品工业的发展提供助力。基于此,本文着重探讨目前食品微生物中常用的检测方法,并针对这些检测方法的质量控制进行分析。
Food passes microbiological testing is the basis and premise of meeting the food standards.In the microbial detection of food,it is necessary to update the detection methods and improve the quality control,so as to strengthen the judgment of the accuracy of the test results,and provide assistance for the development of the food industry.Based on this,this paper focuses on the detection methods commonly used in food microbiology,and analyzes the quality control of these detection methods.
