摘要 针对大型设备基础内部有预埋件、定位支架及钢梁等,因钢梁较多,面积大,钢架还有密闭舱,设备顶面满铺一层钢板,无法对设备内部进行振捣,难以保证浇筑密实,且定位支架的埋件不能产生位移,混凝土必须密实。经采用定位开孔,定做浇筑料斗的方法,解决了这一难题,保证了施工质量。 There are embedded parts,positioning supports and steel beams in the foundation of large equipment.Because there are many steel beams and large area,the steel frame has a closed cabin,and the top surface of the equipment is covered with a layer of steel plate,it is impossible to vibrate the inside of the equipment and it is difficult to ensure the pouring density.However,the embedded parts of the positioning support can not produce displacement,and the concrete must be dense.In this paper,it is considered that this problem can be solved and the construction quality can be guaranteed by adopting the method of positioning opening and customized pouring hopper.
