经椎间孔镜置管引流在脊柱炎患者中的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the effect of intervertebral foraminal drainage in the treatment of spondylitis

目的:探讨经椎间孔镜置管引流在脊柱炎患者中的治疗效果.方法:选取2017年1月-2019年8月在我院接受脊柱炎治疗的90例患者作为本次研究的对象,根据治疗方法的不同随机分为2组,对照组应用传统开放性手术治疗,观察组应用经椎间孔镜置管引流术治疗.结果:观察组患者的手术时间、住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05),手术出血量低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者的VAS、ODI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:经椎间孔镜置管引流在脊柱炎患者的治疗中效果比较理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用.

Objective:To investigate the effect of endoscopic drainage through intervertebral foramen in the treatment of spondylitis.Methods:90 patients who received treatment for spondylitis in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.Results:The operation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the blood loss was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).VAS and ODI scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efifect of intervertebral foraminal tube drainage in the treatment of patients with spondylitis is ideal and should be further popularized in clinical practice.
