浅析高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的围术期护理

Analysis of Perioperative Nursing of Elderly Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur

目的:探析不同护理干预在高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者围术期中的应用效果.方法:选择于2016年9月-2018年12月期间前来我院治疗的90例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者,均予以手术治疗,45例围术期给予常规护理(对照组),45例围术期实施综合护理(观察组),对比2组护理效果.结果:观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总有效率为95.62%,与对照组71.1%相比较,差异均较为明显(P<0.05).结论:高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者围术期予以综合护理,对患者病情转归有促进作用,有推广价值.

Objective:To explore the application effect of different nursing interventions in the perioperative period of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Method:Choose to come to our hospital treatment during the period of 2016.9-2018.12,90 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients,treated by,45 cases of perioperative routine nursing group(I),45 cases of perioperative comprehensive nursing(D group),compared two groups of nursing effect.Results:II intraoperatie blood loss less than I group,operation time,fracture healing time were shorter in group I,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);II group nursing total effective rate was 95.62%,and in turn compared with I group 71.1%,the differences are more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:comprehensive nursing care for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur during perioperative period can promote the prognosis of patients,and has promotion value.
