电子计算机X射线断层扫描对胸腰椎骨折患者检出率的影响

摘要 目的:分析电子计算机X射线断层扫描(CT)对胸腰椎骨折患者检出率的影响.方法:选取我院2018年8月-2019年7月经手术确诊为胸腰椎骨折患者79例,均经CT、X线检查,比较2种检查诊断结果及骨折分型检出率.结果:79例经手术确诊为胸腰椎骨折患者中,36例爆裂型45.57%,19例骨折脱位型24.05%,14例屈曲压缩型17.72%,10例安全带型12.66%;CT对胸腰椎骨折不同分型检出率87.34%高于X线69.62%,P<0.05,且CT检查Kappa指数高于X线检查.结论:CT检查应用于胸腰椎骨折患者,能显著提高骨折分型检出率,为临床判断骨折分型、实施对症处理提供影像学支持.
