摘要
“五行管理人格”的理论体系建构是发展本土管理人格理论的一种尝试。通过提取中国传统文化“金木水火土”的五行要素,对话西方管理职能的理论精髓,结合成中英“C理论”的易经管理哲学思想,对“五行管理人格”做概念属性上的界定和延展。同时,提出五行管理人格理论的基本假设和研究命题,初步形成一套五行管理人格的评估框架,进一步为后期的量化研究和案例研究提供命题基础。以“中学体用”和“东学西渐”为研究愿景建构五行管理人格理论,或将为创生中国本土管理人格的国际话语找到一条通路。
The theoretical construction of 5-Element management personality is an attempt to develop the indigenous management personality theory in China.By extracting the five elements of Chinese traditional culture,say“metal,wood,water,fire and earth,”interpreting the essence of western management function correspondingly,and integrating Cheng Chung-Ying s Yijing management philosophy,named Theory C,the definition of 5-Xing management personality is defined and extended.Meanwhile,after the basic assumptions and research propositions of 5-Element management personality are put forward,a set of the evaluation frameworks is initially formed,which provides a theoretical foundation for the further quantitative research and case studies.Taking the“Chinese Learning for Substance and Use”and“East Knowledge Spreading to the West”as the research vision to construct 5-Element management personality may create a channel for the international discourse of the indigenous management personality theory.
