摘要
社会治理在古代与现代的共同视域中可以理解为以某种价值目标为旨向而促使各个组织关系的协调完善。价值落实在组织上,可以划分出社会治理思想体系的四个维度:治理本体、治理伦理、治理秩序、治理机制。儒家、道家、墨家、法家在此四个维度上各具内在自洽的理论系统,构成中国传统社会治理的四种治理模式。四大治理模式具有独特的理论特征与深远的历史影响,并且在历史长河中不断融合创新,对我们当下的社会治理具有积极的启示作用。
In the common vision of ancient and modern society,social governance can be understood to promote the coordination and perfection of various organizational relations with a certain value goal as the purpose.The implementation of value in the organization can be divided into four dimensions:governance ontology,governance ethics,governance order and governance mechanism,where Confucianism,Taoism,Mohism and Legalism have its own internal consistent theoretical system and constitute four modes of the traditional social governance in China.The four governance models have unique theoretical characteristics and far-reaching historical influence,and constantly integrate and innovate in the long history,which has a positive enlightenment on our current social governance.
