摘要 淮河流域农业面源污染严重,运用灰水足迹理论和DEA-BCC模型,将农业灰水足迹作为模型投入变量,农业产值作为产出变量,研究淮河流域河南、安徽、江苏、山东4省36个地市农业灰水足迹的效率,并运用投影理论对淮河流域4个省份进行灰水足迹投入冗余量和冗余率分析,结果表明:整体来看,淮河流域农业灰水足迹效率为0.60左右,总体效率较低;从各省对比看,山东省农业灰水足迹效率最高,其次是江苏省和安徽省,河南省效率最低,即从内陆上游地区向东部下游沿海地区逐渐增大;从投影分析来看,2000—2015年淮河流域农业灰水足迹投入冗余量和冗余率整体呈增大趋势,农业灰水足迹资源投入的无效部分较大。 The problem of agricultural non-point source pollution in Huaihe River basin is serious.In this paper,the grey water footprint theory model and DEA-BCC model were combined to analyze the relative efficiency between agricultural grey water footprint and agricultural output in 36 cities of 4 provinces of Huaihe River basin.In addition,the paper analyzed the redundancy and redundancy rate of gray water footprint input in 4 provinces of the basin by using projection principle.There are three important conclusions.Firstly,the average agricultural gray water footprint efficiency in the Huaihe River basin is about 0.60 and the overall efficiency level is low.Secondly,according to the comparison among the four provinces,the agricultural gray water footprint efficiency of Shandong Province is the highest,followed by Jiangsu Province and Anhui Province,and Henan Province is the lowest showing the characteristics of gradually increasing from the inland upstream area to the eastern downstream coastal area.Lastly,from the perspective of projection analysis,the redundant amount and redundancy rate of agricultural gray water footprint are increasing in the basin during 2000-2015,which shows that the ineffective part of agricultural gray water footprint resources in basin is relatively larger and it is necessary to focus on the management of areas with large redundancy,such as Henan Province and Huaihe River estuary for improving the efficiency of agricultural gray water footprint in the Huaihe River basin.
