摘要
南水北调中线干线工程是我国的重大战略性基础设施,规模大、渠线长、建筑物样式多、交叉建筑物多,为了确保工程安全运行,依托国家重大科技专项课题,开展了协同探测、传感器异常模式分类、统一运管平台等基于物联网的安防关键技术研究,开展了智能安防系统设计。系统由视频监控系统、智能电子围栏和安防业务综合监控与信息平台等部分组成,构建了中线干线工程立体化智能的“工程安全、供水安全、人身安全”技术防范体系。
The Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion is a major strategic infrastructure of China.The Project is in large scale,has a long channel route and involves a variety types of structures and a number of crossing structures.For ensuring the safe operation and management,and relying on the national scientific and technological research and development program,the research of key security technologies based on the Internet of Things had been conducted,including collaborative detection,abnormal mode classification of sensors and unified operation and management platform,and the design of intelligent security system was conducted for the project.The system was composed of video surveillance system,intelligent electronic fence system and integrated monitoring and information platform of security services.A three-dimensional intelligent security system oriented on“engineering safety,water supply security and personal safety”of the project had been built.
