摘要
在强调环境保护和企业软实力竞争的时代,绿色创新是企业获得竞争优势和实现可持续发展的重要途径。通过对2010—2018年在沪深A股上市的制造业企业的样本数据进行实证研究,发现组织冗余资源对企业绿色创新绩效有积极影响,即组织合理利用冗余资源进行绿色创新活动能够提升企业绿色创新绩效;社会责任行为正向影响绿色创新绩效,即企业社会责任信息披露越完善,其绿色创新绩效水平越高;社会责任在组织冗余与绿色创新绩效之间有部分中介作用,社会责任感较强的企业更愿意利用组织冗余资源进行绿色创新,从而帮助企业实现可持续发展。
In the era of environmental protection and soft power competition,green innovation is an important way for enterprises to gain competitive advantages and achieve sustainable development.Based on the empirical study of 9529 sample data of green innovation performance in the manufacturing industry listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2010 to 2018,this study finds that redundant resources of organizations have a positive impact on enterprises'green innovation performance.Social responsibility behavior positively affects the green innovation performance,that is,the more perfect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information,the higher the green innovation performance level;Social responsibility plays a part in mediating between organizational redundancy and green innovation performance.Enterprises with high social responsibility are more willing to make use of organizational redundancy resources for green innovation,to help enterprises achieve sustainable development.
