摘要
基于职业发展理论,利用一份非随机网络调查数据,应用结构方程模型拟合数据。.统计结果表明,在潜变量模型中,“职业探索”两个潜变量与具体指标之间的拟合效果较好,同一性延缓、同一性早闭、同一性扩散这三个“自我同一性”潜变量与观察指标间的拟合效果稍欠;在结构方程模型中,“骨干计划”研究生在同一性获得、同一性延缓维度与环境探索和自我探索呈显著性正相关;“骨干计划”研究生在同一性早闭、同一性扩散维度与环境探索和自我探索间不相关。
Based on the theory of career development,this paper collects data from a non-random online survey and fits the data by applying structural equation models.The statistical results show the fitting effect and the correlation between variables:In the latent variable model,the two latent variables of Career Exploration and the specific indicators present a good fitting effect,yet the fitting between the latent variables of Ego Identity(Identity Moratorium,Identity Foreclosure,Identity Diffusion)and the observation indicators is less correlated;In the structural equation model,the variables of Identity Achievement and Identity Moratorium of the postgraduates in the Training Program for High-level Professionals of Ethnic Minority Origins are in a significantly positive correlation with Environmental Exploration and Self-Exploration;the variables of Identity Foreclosure and Identity Diffusion of the postgraduates in the Program have no correlation with Environmental Exploration and Self-Exploration.
