党的政治建设在党的建设系统中居于统领地位,是党的根本性建设。制度带有根本性、全局性、稳定性和长期性。新时代加强党的政治建设需要构建科学有效的制度体系来保障。构建党的政治建设制度既需要坚持政治方向和问题导向相结合、系统性和协调性相结合、激励和预防相结合、全面和重点相结合等基本原则,又需要在坚持以习近平总书记关于党的政治建设重要论述为指导、构建科学严密的制度体系、树立制度权威意识、进行制度评估等方面下功夫。

The Party’s political building plays a leading role in the system of the Party building,which is considered fundamental.Institutions are essential,holistic,stable and durable.Strengthening the Party’s political building should be guaranteed by constructing the scientific and efficient system of institutions.To construct the institutions of the Party’s political building,it requires insisting on the principles of integrating the political and issue orientations,the systematic and coordinating efforts,the stimulating and preventive measures as well as the overall situation and key issues.It also requires persistent attempts to hold the guidelines illustrated in the significant discussions on the Party’s political building by General Secretary Xi Jinping,to construct the scientific and strong system of institutions,to establish the authority of institutions,and to have evaluations on the institutions.
