摘要
[目的]通过对《浙江中医药大学学报》所载中医药系统评价及Meta分析类文章的分析,为中医药临床研究的评价提供借鉴。[方法]以“系统评价”“Meta分析”“荟萃分析”为主题词,在中国知网、万方数据库中检索从1977年创刊至2019年第10期《浙江中医药大学学报》正式刊出的系统评价及Meta分析类文章,采用文献计量学的方法进行分析。[结果]从《浙江中医药大学学报》创刊至2019年第10期,共检索到22篇系统评价及Meta分析类文章,从2013年来载文量呈现增高趋势,作者来源以中医药高校及附属医院为主,均为常见病多发病的中医药及针灸治疗的临床研究评价,主要存在的问题是研究质量普遍不高,偏倚控制较差。[结论]中医药领域循证医学方面的知识还需要加强教育和宣传。中医药临床研究应遵循临床科研设计的原则,减少偏倚的发生,提高研究质量。
[Objective]To provide reference for the evaluation of clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),through analyzing the publication of systematic reviews and Meta-analysis articles of TCM in Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University.[Methods]By searching the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Wanfang database with the subject terms of“systematic reviews”and“Meta-analysis”from the first issue in 1977 to the 10th issue in 2019,the systematic reviews and Meta-analysis articles published in Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University were analyzed by bibliometrics.[Results]Twenty two systematic reviews and Meta-analysis articles were retrieved from the first issue to the 10th issue in 2019 of Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University.The number of systematic reviews and Meta-analysis articles published increased from 2013,and the author mainly came from the universities of TCM and affiliated hospitals.All articles were evaluation of clinical research of treatment of TCM and acupuncture for common and frequent diseases.The main problems were the research quality was generally low and the bias control was poor.[Conclusion]The knowledge of evidence-based medicine in the field of TCM needs to be further educated and publicized.Clinical research of TCM should follow the principle of clinical that research design,reduce the occurrence of bias,and improve the quality of research.
