延续性护理在早期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

Application effect of continuous nursing in patients with early schizophrenia

目的探究延续性护理在早期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月~2019年5月广州市民政局精神病院收治的80例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,根据随机平行对比法分为Y组和H组,每组各40例。H组采用常规精神科药物治疗联合住院护理干预的患者,Y组在H组的基础上采用延续性护理干预,观察两组治疗前后简明精神病量表(BPRS)、精神分裂症生活质量量表(SQLS)、服药依从性问卷(MAQ)、个人与社会功能量表(PSP)、家庭功能评估表(APGAR)变化,并比较分析。结果Y组干预后BPRS评分低于H组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Y组干预后的PSP、APGAR、MAQ评分高于H组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Y组干预后的SQLS评分高于H组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预对精神分裂症具有显著效果,不仅可改善患者生活质量和精神症状,而在康复效果方面有明显的优势。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in patients with early schizophrenia.Methods Eighty patients with schizophrenia admitted to Mental Hospital of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the randomized parallel comparison method,they were divided into group Y and group H.In group H,patients were treated with conventional psychiatric medication combined with nursing intervention for inpatients,and in group Y,continuous nursing intervention was added on the basis of the group H.The changes of the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),schizophrenia quality of life scale(SQLS),medication adherence questionnaire(MAQ),personal and social performance(PSP)scale,and family function assessment scale(APGAR)were observed in the two groups.These indexes were analyzed using statistical software.Results In group Y,after intervention,the BPRS score was lower than that in the group H,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In group Y,the scores of PSP,APGAR,and MAQ scale after intervention were higher than those in group H,with statistical differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the SQLS score of group Y was higher than that of group H,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention has remarkable effect on schizophrenia,not only can improve the quality of life and mental symptoms,but also has obvious advantages in rehabilitation.
