黄州萝卜早花特性调查及应对措施研究 被引量:3

摘要 黄州萝卜是湖北省黄冈市特产蔬菜之一,国家地理标志保护产品。早花是黄州萝卜栽培缺陷之一,导致其无法满足常年种植要求。本实验以黄州萝卜为研究对象,结合田间调查及开花相关基因表达量检测方法分析黄州萝卜早花抽薹特性及其形成原因。研究结果表明黄州萝卜在低温条件下栽培易提前开花并导致肉质根不能膨大,初步推测FT、FR1、SVPX、CO、SCARS这五类基因可能对黄州萝卜抽薹开花过程有促进作用,而FLC和AP1XM(RsAP1XM和RsAP1XM2)两类基因可能对黄州萝卜抽薹有抑制作用。本研究为提升黄州萝卜抽薹特性提供栽培指导和基因改良建议。 Huangzhou radish is one of the special vegetables in Huanggang city,Hubei province,which is the product of national geographical indication protection.Early flowering and bolting is one of the defects of Huangzhou radish cultivation,which can not meet the requirements of perennial cultivation.In this study,the characteristics of early bolting and the reasons for the formation of bolting intolerance of Huangzhou radish were analyzed based on the field investigation and the detection of flowering related gene expression.The experiment results showed that under low temperature condition,it was easy to bolting and flowering and the root could not be expanded.It was preliminarily speculated that genes including FT,FR1,SVPX,CO and SCARS might promote the bolting process of Huangzhou radish,while FLC and AP1XM(Rsap1xm and Rsap1xm2)might inhibit the bolting process of Huangzhou radish.The purpose of this study is to provide cultivation methods and genetic improvement measures for improving bolting characteristics of Huangzhou radish.
