新型封护材料ZS-922对青铜文物保护效果的评价研究 被引量:5

摘要 电化学阻抗谱(EIS)作为考察封护材料性能的一种重要方法,在文物保护领域,常被用来评价金属文物的封护材料。使用青铜合金模拟古代铜质文物,通过检测经新型涂料ZS-922与传统涂料B72涂敷的青铜在3.5%(质量分数)氯化钠溶液中的交流阻抗数据,研究了不同涂层试样交流阻抗谱的变化规律,评价了新型封护材料与传统封护材料封护效果的差异,并讨论了BTA预处理对封护效果的影响。电化学试验结果表明:在相同的浸泡天数下,涂层试样的低频阻抗模值|Z|0.01 Hz下降情况存在明显差异。同时结合模拟样品与铜钱文物样品的浸泡试验和自然环境暴晒试验结果的对比发现,ZS-922的防护效果明显优于B72,由此证明了新型材料在青铜文物保护方面的优越性。此外,BTA预处理对提高ZS-922封护涂层的长期保护效果有一定的改善。 Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)is an important method to investigate the performance of coating materials,which is often used to evaluate the coating materials on metal relics.Using bronze alloys to simulate bronze relics,the protection effects of the new coating ZS-922 and the traditional coating B72 were tested in a 3.5%(mass fraction)Na Cl solution by EIS.The change laws of EIS of different coating samples were researched,and the difference of coating effect between the new sealing material and the traditional sealing material was evaluated.In addition,the effect of BTA pretreatment on the coating effect was discussed.The electrochemical results showed that there was a significant difference in the decrease of the low frequency impedance mode value|Z|0.01 Hzof the coating samples under the same soaked days.By comparison of the results of immersion experiments and exposure experiments under natural environment of simulation bronze samples and bronze coins,it was found that the protection effect of ZS-922 was obviously better than that of B72,proving the superiority of the new material in the protection of bronze cultural relics.Moreover,BTA pretreatment could improve the long-term protection effect of ZS-922 protective coating to a certain extent.
