摘要
采用共聚聚丙烯和热塑性弹性体等树脂分别与聚丙烯共混,均可提高聚丙烯复合材料的冲击强度。通过添加经表面处理的微纳米碳酸钙,能够在保持聚丙烯基体树脂拉伸强度的同时,提高相应复合材料的冲击强度。玻璃纤维增强或聚丙烯纤维自增强均能提高聚丙烯复合材料的拉伸强度和压滤机板框制品的尺寸稳定性。
The copolypropylene or thermoplastic elastomers blended with polypropylene(PP)could improve the impact strength of polypropylene composites.By adding the surface treated micron/nano calcium carbonate(CaCO 3),the impact strength of composite could be improved with the same tensile strength of polypropylene.Both the glass fiber reinforced and polypropylene fiber reinforced could improve the tensile strength of polypropylene composite and the dimensional stability of plate and frame products.
