摘要
以热固性间苯二酚酚醛树脂(RP)为改性剂,对苯并噁嗪(BA-a)树脂进行改性。采用胶化仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪、热动态机械分析仪和热重分析仪,对间苯二酚酚醛改性苯并噁嗪树脂的聚合反应行为、聚合过程中化学结构的变化、对应聚合物的热机械性能和热稳定性能进行表征。结果表明,间苯二酚酚醛树脂的引入可以有效地促进苯并噁嗪的开环反应,将苯并噁嗪的固化温度从180℃以上降低至150℃。同时,改性后的体系保持高的玻璃化转变温度(T g>175℃),对应的热稳定性能提升19.7%,有效改善了苯并噁嗪树脂的性能。
Benzoxazine(BA-a)resin was modified by thermosetting resorcinol phenolic resin(RP)as modifier.The polymerization behavior of resorcinol phenolic modified benzoxazine resin,the change of chemical structure during the polymerization process,the thermomechanical properties and thermal stability of the corresponding polymer were characterized by glue diggester,Fourier infrared spectrometer,thermodynamic mechanical analyzer and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results show that the introduction of resorcinol phenolic resin can effectively promote the ring-opening reaction of benzoxazine and reduce the curing temperature of benzoxazine from 180℃ to 150℃.Meanwhile,the modified system maintains a high vitrification transition temperature(>175℃),and the corresponding thermal stability performance has been improved 19.7%,which effectively improves the performance of benzoxazine.
