摘要
以干法灰化、湿法消解作为前处理手段,以电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)作为测试的对比手段,建立了铬天青S分光光度法、络合滴定法测定不同成核剂中铝的含量。采用湿法消解的方法,将有机铝中的铝元素转化为Al^3+,该方法快速、高效。所建立的铬天青S分光光度法和络合滴定法与ICP-OES法无显著性差异。铬天青S分光光度法较络合滴定法分析速度快、稳定性好、精密度高。
Taking dry ashing and wet digestion as pretreatment method and inductively coupled plasma(ICP-OES)as comparison test method,the contents of aluminum in different kinds of nucleating agents were determined by Chrome azurol S spectrophotometry and complexometric titration.The experimental results show that the method of wet digestion is fast and efficient to obtain Al^3+ in organic aluminum salt.Comparing with ICP-OES,there is no significant difference between Chrome azurol S spectrophotometry and complexometric titration.Chrome azurol S spectrophotometry has more advantages than complexometric titration,such as,faster analysis speed,better stability and higher precision.
