小牛血清去蛋白注射液联合依达拉奉治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床研究

Clinical study of deproteinized calf serum injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of ischemic stroke

目的探讨小牛血清去蛋白注射液联合依达拉奉治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2020年1月收治的缺血性脑卒中患者180例,随机分为对照组(90例)与研究组(90例),所有患者均予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上予依达拉奉治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗,连续治疗2周,比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能损伤情况与生活活动能力、血液流变学指标、治疗效果与治疗后随访4个月的不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率93.33%显著高于对照组77.78%(P<0.01);治疗前两组NIHSS评分及Barthel指数评分、血液流变学指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,与对照组比较,研究组NIHSS评分明显更低,Barthel指数明显更高(P<0.01),血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组治疗期间不良反应发生率3.33%与对照组不良反应发生率2.22%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.213,P=0.654)。结论小牛血清去蛋白注射液联合依达拉奉治疗缺血性脑卒中,可提升临床疗效,有效改善患者神经功能损伤与血液流变学指标,促进患者生活活动能力好转,同时不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of deproteinized calf serum injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods 180 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group(90 cases)and study group(90 cases).All patients were given routine treatment,based on which,the control group were given edaravone,and the study group were treated with calf serum deproteinized injection.Both groups were treated for two weeks.And then,the effects of nerve function injuries and life activities before and after treatment as well as hemorheology indexes,treatment effects and adverse reactions after 4 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that(77.78%)of the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in NIHSS scores,Barthel index scores and hemorheology indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score was significantly lower and Barthel index was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and hematocrit in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).During treatment,the adverse reaction rate of the study group and the control group was 3.33% and 2.22%,respectively,difference was statistically significant(χ^2=0.213,P=0.654).Conclusion Deproteinized calf serum injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of ischemic stroke can improve the clinical curative effect,effectively improve the neurological function damage and hemorheology indexes,promote the improvement of life activity ability of patients,and have few adverse reactions.
