网络终端使用视域下大学校园管理的优化路径

网络终端改变了大学生的学习方式,开拓了大学生的知识视野,为大学生提供了新的交往方式,丰富了教育管理的手段,拓展了教育管理人性化的渠道,增强了教育管理的时效性,提高了教育管理的便捷性,但对传统教育管理思维、传统思想教育方式、传统的大学生生活习惯也带来了很大冲击。在网络终端背景下大学管理还有很多不足,主要体现在管理理念跟不上网络终端的发展要求,资源、政策、队伍还难以适应网络终端的环境要求,校园活动内容与形式还不完全符合网络终端发展现状。因此,亟待着眼于现实需要,做出战略思考,紧抓质量提升,探索相应的管理制度。实现网络终端视域下大学生管理方式的创新,大学生管理平台的拓宽,大学生管理内容的更新以及大学生管理评价体系的构建,促进大学生管理主体的能力提升,抓好网络终端条件下大学突发事件的舆论引导及其调控管理,引导舆论朝着有利于化解突发事件的方向良性发展。

The network terminal has changed the way of learning of College students,broadened their horizons of knowledge,provided new ways of communication for college students,enriched the means of edu-cation management,expanded the humanized channels of education management,enhanced the timeliness of education management,and improved the convenience of education management.However,it has changed the thinking of traditional education management,the traditional way of thinking and education.Traditional col-lege students’living habits have also brought great impact.Under the background of network terminal,there are still many shortcomings in University management,mainly reflected in that the management concept can not keep up with the development requirements of network terminal,resources,policies and teams are diffi-cult to adapt to the environmental requirements of network terminal,and the content and form of campus ac-tivities are not fully in line with the development status of network terminal.Therefore,there is an urgent need to focus on the actual needs,make strategic thinking,grasp the quality improvement,and explore the corresponding management system.To realize the innovation of University Students’management mode in the view of network terminal,the widening of University Students’management platform,the renewal of Universi-ty Students’management content and the construction of University Students’management evaluation system,promote the improvement of the ability of University Students’management subject,grasp the guidance of public opinion and its regulation and management of University emergencies under the condition of network terminal,and guide public opinion towards the direction conducive to resolving emergencies.
