医学健康大数据平台建设实践与探索

Practice and exploration of medical health big data platform construction

目的:探索医学健康大数据平台的建设和发展,为临床医学服务和健康管理服务的远程化、信息化和智能化发展提供数据资源和技术保障。方法:主要采用文献分析法、实地调研法、体系架构分析法和专家小组讨论法,了解国内外医学健康大数据平台研究和应用情况,在吉林省智慧医疗云服务平台、新冠肺炎远程智能防控诊断云服务平台、医学影像质控互认共享云服务平台基础上,结合目前实际和远期发展趋势,采用结合构建的方法,开展医学健康大数据平台建设实践、探索和研究。与东北师范大学药物基因和蛋白筛选国家工程实验室合作建立科研数据库。结果:运用现代体域网科学技术、计算机科学、通信技术、数据处理及生命体征监测分析系统,依托网络技术,促进和发展健康管理、健康干预与促进、健康教育、肿瘤防控、慢病管理、医学营养、儿童健康管理、老年健康管理、医学护理、医学健康研究等服务功能,完善平台管理机制,探索平台建设标准和管理方法,初步建成了科学、高效、实用的医学健康大数据平台。结论:①在原有信息服务平台基础上,采用结合构建方法,进行医学健康大数据平台架构设计,结合实际,探索研究科学系统建设平台的发展模式,一方面可保护原有投资,降低建设成本,减少浪费;另一方面可保持原有业务的连续性,提高系统运行稳定性和可持续发展,为医学健康大数据平台的建设提供了一条行之有效的建设途径和发展模式;②医学健康大数据平台的功能要依据医学健康行业和社会的需求适时完善与升级;③医学健康大数据标准和平台标准的体系建设是实现互联互通、信息共享的有效手段,包括医学健康信息获取、传输、交换、分析和处理等整个处理过程,需要对基础标准、数据标准、技术标准、平台标准、工具标准、管理标准、安全和隐私标准、行业应用标准等诸多标准进行研究、规范和完善;④在医学健康大数据平台中建立科研数据库,为医学健康科研服务,拓展了平台的功能。

Objective To explore the construction and development of medical health big data platform,and to provide data resources and technical support for the intelligentization of medical health services,smart medical care and smart health management.Methods The literature analysis method,field research method,system architecture analysis method and expert group discussion method were mainly used to understand the research and application of medical and health big data platform.On the basis of Jilin Province Intelligent Medical Cloud Service Platform,COVID-19 Remote Intelligent Prevention and Diagnosis Cloud Service Platform,and Medical Image Quality Control Mutual Recognition and Sharing Cloud Service Platform,the practice,exploration and research of medical health big data platform construction were carried out by combining the current practical and long-term development trend and adopting the combined construction method.In cooperation with the National Engineering Laboratory of Drug Gene and Protein Screening,Northeast Normal University,a scientific research database was established.Results Using the modern body domain network science and technology,computer science,communication technology,data processing and vital signs monitoring and analysis system,based on network technology,the promotion and development of health management,health interventions and promote education,health,cancer prevention and control,slow disease management,medicine,nutrition,children's health management,elderly health management,medical care,medical research and other service functions,improve the management mechanism,explore the platform construction standards and management methods,a scientific,efficient and practical big data platform for medical health had been preliminarily built.Conclusions①On the basis of the original information service platform,it adopts the combined construction method to design the architecture of the medical health big data platform,and explores and studies the development mode of the scientific system construction platform in combination with the reality.On the one hand,it can protect the original investment,reduce the construction cost and reduce the waste.On the other hand,it can maintain the continuity of original business,improve the stability and sustainable development of system operation,and provide an effective construction approach and development mode for the construction of medical health big data platform.②The function of the medical health big data platform should be timely improved and upgraded according to the needs of the medical health industry and society.③Big data platform standard medical health system construction is the effective means to realize interconnection,information sharing,including medical health information acquisition,transmission,exchange,analysis and processing,such as the entire process,needs to be based,data standard,technical standards,platform,tools,standards and management standards,security and privacy standards,industry application and so on many standard research,standardize and perfect.④The establishment of scientific research database in the medical health big data platform serves medical health research and expands the functions of the platform.
