摘要
目的:应用德尔菲法构建护生临床实景职业防护视频教学微课。方法:通过文献复习初步构建护生临床实习初级职业防护课程,选择护理教育、护理管理、医院感染领域专家15名,采用德尔菲法,通过2轮专家咨询进行微课课程构建。结果:两轮咨询的专家积极系数均为100%,两轮的专家权威系数分别为0.82和0.87,两轮的专家协调系数分别为0.32和0.63。构建临床实景职业防护视频教学微课,包括针刺伤防护及化疗药物防护课程。结论:参与德尔菲法咨询的专家积极系数、权威系数均较高,所构建的临床实景职业防护视频教学微课,具有较高的可靠性和实用性。
Objective To construct the micro-course of clinical occupational protection for nursing students by Delphi method.Methods The primary vocational protection course for clinical practice of nursing students was preliminarily constructed through literature review,and 15 experts in the fields of nursing education,nursing management and hospital infection were selected.The Delphi method was adopted to construct the micro-course course through two rounds of expert consultation.Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of consultation were 100%.The expert authority coefficients of the two rounds were 0.82 and 0.87 respectively.The expert coordination coefficients of the two rounds were 0.32 and 0.63 respectively.The construction of clinical real-life occupational protection micro-curricular courses includes acupuncture injury protection and chemotherapy drug protection micro-course.Conclusions The experts who participated in the Delphi method consulting have high positive coefficient and authoritative coefficient,and the clinical practice of the vocational protection micro-course has a high reliability and practicability.
