新型心电图机专用车的导联线防缠绕装置设计及应用

Design and application of lead wire anti-winding device for a new type of electrocardiogram machine

目的:设计实用、固定稳妥的新型心电图机专用车的导联线防缠绕装置,探讨其在临床实践中的应用效果。方法:选取冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者720例,按照住院先后顺序分为观察组(359例)和对照组(361例)。两组患者均由护士进行12导联心电图检查,观察组采用新型的心电图机专用车的导联线防缠绕装置,分析对比两组操作心电图的时间,心电图操作伪差发生率,护士对心电图检查过程在安全性、省力、省时、便捷、可操作性、稳固性方面满意度。结果:观察组操作心电图的时间(92.32±0.36)s,对照组(120.63±0.51)s,差异有统计学意义( P<0.01);观察组心电图操作伪差发生率为8.91%(32/359),对照组为14.96%(54/361),差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);观察组护士操作心电图过程在安全性、省力、省时、便捷、可操作性、稳固性方面满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.01)。 结论:新型心电图机专用车的导联线防缠绕装置能有效缩短进行心电图检查的时间,降低操作伪差发生率,提高护士的工作效率及满意度。

Objective To design a practical,fixed and secure new type of electrocardiograph special car's lead wire anti-winding device,and to explore its application effect in clinical practice.Methods A total of 720 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were enrolled.The subjects were divided into two groups according to their admission sequence,359 patients in the observation group and 361 in the control group.Patients in both groups were examined by 12-lead electrocardiogram(ECG)by nurses,and the observation group adopted a new type of lead wire anti-winding device specially used for ECG machine.The time of electrocardiogram operation,the incidence of false difference of electrocardiogram operation and the satisfaction of nurses on the safety,labor,time saving,convenience,operability and stability of electrocardiogram examination were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The operative time of ECG in the observation group was(92.32±0.36)seconds,and that of the control group was(120.63±0.51)seconds,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of electrocardiogram manipulation was 8.91%(32/359)in the observation group and 14.96%(54/361)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group in terms of safety,labor,time saving,convenience,operability and stability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions The new type of electrocardiogram machine special car wire anti-winding device can effectively shorten the time of electrocardiogram examination,reduce the incidence of false operation,improve the work efficiency and satisfaction of nurses.
