硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压患者的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of hypertension patients

目的分析硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法70例高血压患者,按照随机双盲法分为研究组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用硝苯地平缓释片治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、血压(舒张压、收缩压)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为94.3%,高于对照组的74.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的舒张压和收缩压水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者舒张压和收缩压水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率8.6%略低于对照组的11.4%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高血压患者应用硝苯地平缓释片治疗可取得很好的疗效,能有效降低患者血压水平,且治疗安全性较高,建议将此治疗方案在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of hypertension patients.Methods A total of 70 hypertension patients were divided into research group and control group according to random double-blind method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine therapy,and the research group received nifedipine sustained-release tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure(diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure)and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate of the research group was 94.3%,which was higher than 74.3%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 8.6%of the research group was a little lower than 11.4%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of nifedipine sustained-release tablets can achieve good curative effect in patients with hypertension,and it can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients with high safety.It is recommended to be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
