沙丁胺醇与布地奈德联合雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation of salbutamol combined with budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis in infant

目的评价小儿毛细支气管炎行沙丁胺醇、布地奈德联合雾化吸入治疗的可行性和效果,为小儿毛细支气管炎治疗工作提供参考。方法80例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿,随机分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组给予沙丁胺醇与布地奈德联合雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿的咳嗽消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间、喘息消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间、住院时间及临床治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的82.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后的咳嗽消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间、喘息消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间、住院时间分别为(4.0±1.2)、(2.0±1.0)、(2.5±0.5)、(4.2±1.0)、(6.0±1.0)d,均短于对照组的(6.5±1.5)、(5.3±1.2)、(3.8±0.5)、(6.5±1.3)、(8.0±1.0)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对比单一用药,沙丁胺醇与布地奈德联合雾化吸入治疗更符合小儿毛细支气管炎患儿的治疗需求,治疗预后效果良好、用时短。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effect of salbutamol combined with budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis in infant,so as to provide reference for the treatment of bronchiolitis in infant.Methods A total of 80 infants with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide atomization inhalation,and the observation group was treated with salbutamol combined with budesonide atomization inhalation.The cough disappearance time,dyspnea disappearance time,wheezing disappeared time,wheezing rale disappeared time,hospitalization time and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%,which was higher than 82.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cough disappearance time,dyspnea disappearance time,wheezing disappeared time,wheezing rale disappeared time,hospitalization time of the observation group were(4.0±1.2),(2.0±1.0),(2.5±0.5),(4.2±1.0)and(6.0±1.0)d,which were shorter than(6.5±1.5),(5.3±1.2),(3.8±0.5),(6.5±1.3)and(8.0±1.0)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single medication,salbutamol combined with budesonide atomization inhalation is more in line with the treatment needs of bronchiolitis in infants,with good prognosis and short therapeutic time.
