卡泊三醇搽剂联合糠酸莫米松乳膏序贯疗法治疗头皮银屑病的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of calcipotriol scalp solution combined with mometasone furoate cream sequential therapy in the treatment of scalp psoriasis

目的研究卡泊三醇搽剂联合糠酸莫米松乳膏序贯疗法治疗头皮银屑病的临床效果。方法70例头皮银屑病患者,按照随机抽签方法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组患者单纯选择卡泊三醇搽剂进行治疗,观察组选择卡泊三醇搽剂联合糠酸莫米松乳膏序贯疗法治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后皮损面积评分。结果治疗前,两组患者皮损面积评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6周后,两组患者皮损面积评分低于治疗前,且观察组皮损面积评分(3.23±1.24)分低于对照组的(4.38±1.06)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用卡泊三醇搽剂联合糠酸莫米松乳膏序贯疗法治疗头皮银屑病,其效果显著,可有效促进患者皮损面积的尽快恢复,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of calcipotriol scalp solution combined with mometasone furoate cream sequential therapy in the treatment of scalp psoriasis.Methods A total of 70 patients with scalp psoriasis were divided into observation group and control group according to random lottery method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcipotriol scalp solution,and the observation group was treated with calcipotriol scalp solution combined with mometasone furoate cream.The therapeutic effect and skin lesion area score before and after treatment were comapred between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in skin lesion area score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the skin lesion area score of the two groups was lower than those before treatment,and skin lesion area score of the observation group(3.23±1.24)points was lower than(4.38±1.06)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Calcipotriol scalp solution combined with mometasone furoate cream sequential therapy have remarkable effect in the treatment of scalp psoriasis,which can promote the recovery of skin lesion area,and it is worthy of promotion.
