浅谈林业生态扶贫在马关县南捞乡脱贫工作中的助推作用

Boosting Role of Forestry Ecological Poverty Alleviation in Poverty Alleviation Work in Nanlao Township of Maguan County

党的十八届五中全会明确提出,到2020年我国现行标准下农村贫困人口实现脱贫,贫困县全部摘帽,解决区域性整体贫困问题。在贫困乡特别是国家级深度贫困乡,由于山高箐深,基础设施落后,群众增收困难,成为脱贫攻坚任务中的“重中之重,难中之难”。林业生态扶贫作为“五个一批”脱贫政策的重要组成部分,不仅能有效帮助群众增收致富,更是践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”发展理念的重要体现。文章就不同林业工程的实施,阐述了林业生态扶贫在南捞乡脱贫攻坚中的助推作用。

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee explicitly proposed that by 2020,the rural poor and poor counties under China’s current standards will be lifted out of poverty,thus solving the overall regional poverty problem.In poverty-stricken villages,especially in nationallevel deep poverty-stricken villages,due to the high mountains,backward infrastructure and difficulties in increasing the income of the masses,they have become the“top priority and the most difficult part”in the task of poverty alleviation.As an important part of the“Five-Group”poverty alleviation policy,forestry ecological poverty alleviation can not only effectively help the masses to increase their income and become rich,but also is an important embodiment of the development concept of“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”.Based on the implementation of different forestry projects,this paper expounds the boosting role of forestry ecological poverty alleviation in Nanlao Township's poverty alleviation.
