天钢联合特钢热风炉零扰动换炉技术应用实践 被引量:4

摘要 热风炉无扰动换炉技术已广泛应用于各大钢铁企业中,但仍存在换炉时的风压风量波动问题。基于这种情况,天钢联合特钢通过多次试验,开发了热风炉压缩空气充压换炉方式。这项技术实际做到了热风炉零扰动换炉,减小了高炉的压力波动,有利于高炉的增产和降耗,为我国钢铁行业的绿色发展奠定了一定的基础。 Disturbance-free exchange technology for hot blast stove has been widely used in many steel enterprises,but there is still a problem of fluctuations in air pressure and air volume during exchanging.Based on this situation,Tiangang United Special Steel Company has developed an exchange method of using compressed air pressurize hot blast stove,through many tests.This technology has actually achieved zero-disturbance exchange for hot blast furnace,reduced blast furnace fluctuations,and is conducive to increasing production and reducing consumption for blast furnace,laying the foundation for future's green development in steel industry.
