根据国外客户需要,青岛特钢公司采用LD转炉→LF精炼炉→RH真空脱气→方坯连铸机→棒材轧机开发生产了工程机械用钢SCr440B。产品质量表明,其产品化学成分和氧、氮、氢含量均满足客户要求。同时奥氏体晶粒度8级,夹杂物、脱碳层、低倍、末端淬透性值、发纹指标和表面硬度也均满足客户要求,表面质量也较好,产品质量完全合格,用户使用后反馈使用良好。青岛特钢已经具备了生产SCr440B圆钢的能力。

According to customer needs,SCr440B round bar was developed and produced in Qingdao Special Steel Company by the process route of LD convertor,LF refining furnace,RH vacuum degassing furnace,billet caster,bar mill.The product quality showed the chemical composition of SCr440B and the O,N,H contents satisfied the requirements of customer agreement.At the same time the austenite grain size was 8 grade,and the non-metallic inclusion,decarburized layer,macrostructure,end hardenability value,hair line and surface hardness all met the requirements of customer agreement,the surface quality also was good,the quality of it was fully qualified and the customer feedback the use of the round bar was good.Qingdao Special Steel Company has the capability to produce the SCr440B round bar.
