摘要
H型钢在轧制过程中,存在粘钢现象,一直困扰着轧钢工作者及轧辊生产者。石墨合金钢辊环的研发,很好的解决了H型钢粘钢问题。石墨合金钢采用改良后的化学成分和多级球化处理方法,其基体组织中弥散分布着一定数量的球状石墨,起着自然润滑剂的作用,可使辊环抗氧化铁皮粘附性能得到改善,同时可以提高辊环寿命和轧材表面质量。
H-beam has a sticking steel phenomenon during the rolling process,which has plagued steel rolling workers and roll producers.The development of graphite alloy steel roller ring has very well solved the problem of H-beam steel sticking steel.Graphite alloy steel roller ring adopts improved chemical composition and multistage spheroidization treatment technology,can be made a certain amount of spheroidal graphite is dispersed in the matrix structure,which acts as a natural lubricant,the adhesion resistance of the anti-oxidation iron sheet can be improved,and improve the life of roller ring and the surface quality of rolling material.
