摘要 钢铁企业为了实现绿色和可持续发展,大力发展循环经济和资源综合利用项目,目前主要采取的措施就是利用富余的高、转炉煤气进行发电,对二次能源进行回收利用。但燃气锅炉烟气中氮氧化物又成为新的污染源,常规降低锅炉烟气氮氧化物排放的方法投资成本较高。本文简述了高、转炉煤气回收及利用工艺,重点分析了燃气发电锅炉尾气氮氧化物的治理方法。通过调整锅炉操作工艺和优化辅助设备配置,使锅炉尾气中氮氧化物排放值降至20 mg/Nm3左右,达到了超低排放标准,同时节省治理成本。 Iron and steel enterprises in order to achieve green and sustainable development,vigorously develop recycling economy and comprehensive utilization of resources projects,the main measures are to use surplus blast furnace and converter gas to generate electricity,recovery and utilization secondary energy at present.However,the nitrogen oxide in the flue gas of gas-fired boilers have become new pollution sources,and the investment cost of conventional methods to reduce the nitrogen oxide emission of boiler flue gas is high.In this paper,the recovery and utilization technology of blast furnace and converter gas is briefly described,and the treatment method of nitrogen oxides in tail gas of gas-fired power generation boiler is analyzed emphatically.By adjustment of boiler operating process and parameters,and optimization of auxiliary equipment configuration,the nitrogen oxide emission value in the boiler tail gas is reduced to about 20 mg/Nm3,which reaches the ultra-low emission standard and saves the treatment cost at the same time.
