Metallurgical enterprises are a high-risk industry for safe production in my country,in the process of metallurgical production,there are risks of high thermal energy and high potential energy determined by the process,as well as toxic,harmful,flammable and explosive risks associated with chemical production.The process and characteristics of metallurgical production determine its high degree of dependence on the main equipment and auxiliary production equipment,once the equipment fails,it will directly threaten the life and property safety of the operators.Therefore,doing a good job in the timely maintenance and timely repair of the main and auxiliary equipment of metallurgical enterprises,and reducing the occurrence of equipment failures,is one of the effective ways to ensure the safe production of enterprises.This article briefly introduces the safety risks in the process of equipment inspection and maintenance in metallurgical enterprises and the measures to improve safety guarantees.
