摘要
试验首先制备了铜酞菁磺酰氯中间体,再以2,4-二氨基苯磺酸钠和三聚氯氰为桥基,与不同的封闭基团发生缩合反应,合成了四只新结构的翠蓝色活性染料D1、D2、D3、D4。采用UV-vis、FT-IR以及1H-NMR表征了分子结构,研究了所合成的四只染料的结构对印花性能的影响,并与结构相近的商品活性翠蓝KGL染料的印花性能进行对比分析。结果表明,四只合成染料的提升力、在织物上的表观色深以及印花固色率均好于商品活性翠蓝KGL,最高可将固色率提高14.14%,且各项色牢度优良。
Copper phthalocyanine sulfonyl chloride is firstly synthesized and reacted with 2,4-diaminoben⁃zenesulfonate and cyanuric chloride.And then it is reacted with different blocking groups to get four tur⁃quoise blue reactive dyes:D1,D2,D3,D4.They are characterized by UV-vis、FT-IR and 1H-NMR.Their printing properties on cotton fabric are investigated and compared with that of the commercial Reactive Turquoise Blue KGL.The results indicate that the building up properties,color yield and fixation rate of four synthesized dyes are better than that of Reactive Turquoise Blue KGL,the fixation rate are im⁃proved by 14.14%,and fastness of the printed fabrics are good.
