摘要
以聚丙烯为基材,采用原位聚合法制备本征态聚苯胺/聚丙烯复合材料,并对聚丙烯材料和本征态聚苯胺/聚丙烯复合材料进行摩擦驻极处理,通过控制摩擦条件,比较聚丙烯材料和本征态聚苯胺/聚丙烯复合材料摩擦前后的表面静电势和过滤效率,以及电荷储存稳定性和电荷分布。结果表明:本征态聚苯胺与聚丙烯复合提高了聚丙烯材料的电阻率,摩擦驻极使过滤效率提高了32%;聚苯胺/聚丙烯复合材料的表面静电势经过30 min后,电荷保留率在50%左右。
The intrinsic polyaniline/polypropylene composites are prepared by in-situ polymerization with polypropylene as the matrix.The friction electret treatment is carried out on the polypropylene materials and the intrinsic polyaniline/polypropylene composites.By controlling the friction conditions,the surface electrostatic potential,filtration efficiency,charge storage stability and distribution of polypropylene and intrinsic polyaniline/polypropylene composites are compared.The results show that the composite of in⁃trinsic polyaniline and polypropylene improves the resistivity of polypropylene,and the filtration efficien⁃cy increases by 32%.The charge retention rate of polyaniline/polypropylene composite is about 50%af⁃ter 30 min of surface electrostatic potential.
