摘要
选用预处理剂WR-1对粘胶织物进行溶胀处理,再采用尿素替代剂JG-120进行无尿素印花,测试了尿素替代剂用量对活性染料印花K/S值的影响。结果表明:当预处理剂WR-1质量浓度为40~60 g/L时,粘胶纤维具有良好的溶胀作用,活性染料的可及度增加。应用替代剂JG-120进行活性染料印花,K/S值与全尿素印花相当。优化工艺为:活性染料2%、替代剂JG-1208%、防染盐S 1%、碳酸氢钠3%、海藻酸钠糊80%。粘胶印花织物的耐皂洗和耐摩擦色牢度均在3~4级以上。
The pretreatment agent WR-1 is used to swell the viscose fabric,and then the urea substitute agent JG-120 is used for urea-free printing.The influence of the amount of substitute agent JG-120 on the K/S value of the reactive dye prints is studied.The results show that when the concentration of WR-1 is 40~60 g/L,it has a good swelling effect on viscose fiber and increases the accessibility of reactive dyes.The K/S value of urea-free printing of reactive dyes with substitute agent JG-120 is equivalent to that of urea printing,and the appropriate processes are as follows:reactive dye 2%,substitute agent JG-1208%,reserve salt S 1%,sodium bicarbonate 3%,sodium alginate paste 80%.The soaping and rubbing fastness of printed viscose fabrics are above Grade 3~4.
