Determination of MCCPs in textiles by GC-ECNI-MSD method

摘要 采用GC-ECNI-MSD测定纺织品中的中链氯化石蜡。纺织品经二氯甲烷在40℃下超声提取40 min,再采用GC-ECNI-MSD进行测试。MCCPs定性方式选择的离子m/z为326、340、361、377、395、411、423、443、459,MCCPs定量方式选择的离子m/z为368、382、396、402、416、430、437、451、473。在质量浓度为5.0~80.0 mg/L时,标准曲线的线性相关系数为0.9974,空白样品加标回收率在75%~100%,检出限低于30.0 mg/kg,可满足纺织样品中中链氯化石蜡的测试要求。 The MCCPs in textiles is determined by GC-ECNI-MSD.The textiles are extracted by dichloro⁃methane at 40℃for 40 min,and then tested by GC-ECNI-MSD.The m/z of the ions selected by the qualitative method of MCCPs are 326,340,361,377,395,411,423,443,459,and the m/z of the ions se⁃lected by quantitative method of MCCPs are 368,382,396,402,416,430,437,451,473.The linear correla⁃tion coefficient of the standard curve is 0.9974 when the mass concentration is 5.0~80.0 mg/L.The re⁃covery rate of blank sample is 75%~100%,and the detection limit is less than 30.0 mg/kg,which can meet the test requirements of MCCPs in textile samples.
