摘要
地方高职教育培养的技术技能人才是实现区域产业转型升级的重要支撑。从区域产业转型升级阶段性特征、区域产业转型升级迭代性特征两个维度进行分析,找出地方高职专业调整的基本依据。从政府、企业、高职院校等三个层面采取措施,实现区域产业转型升级与地方高职专业调整的协调互动。
The technical talents cultivated by local higher vocational education are an important support to realize the transformation and upgrading of regional industries.From the two dimensions of stage and iteration of regional industrial transformation and upgrading,this paper finds out the basic basis of local higher vocational specialty adjustment.Measures should be taken from the government,enterprises and higher vocational colleges to realize the coordination and interaction between the two parties.
