摘要
推动长江经济带可持续发展,云南实现绿色发展至关重要。本文聚焦云南在长江经济带建设中的上游区位,运用结构方程构建了反映云南绿色发展、包含6个潜变量和15个观察变量的模型。发现影响云南在长江经济带建设中绿色发展的因素,绿色福利与经济结构、经济规模、经济效益等经济发展方面的因素相关性都较大,绿色治理与经济规模的相关性较大,环境压力与经济结构的关联最大。而GDP增速和第二产业占比与绿色发展是负相关关系。因此,推动云南在长江经济带建设中实现绿色发展,生态优先是前提,绿色产业是根本动力,经济结构优化和效益提升是基础保障,提升绿色治理能力是关键举措。
It is crucial for Yunnan to achieve green development to promote the sustainable development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.This paper focuse on the upstream location of Yunnan in the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,using structural equation model constructed contains six latent variables,15 observation system.It is found that the factors affecting the green development of Yunnan in the construction of the Yangtze River Economic belt are as follows:green welfare and economic structure,economic scale,economic benefits and other economic development factors are more correlated;green governance and economic scale are more correlated;environmental pressure and economic structure are the most correlated.The GDP growth rate and the proportion of the secondary industry are negatively correlated with green development.Therefore,in the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,ecological priority is the prerequisite for yunnan to realize green development,green industry is the fundamental driving force,economic structure optimization and benefit improvement are the basic guarantee,and improving the green governance capacity is the key measure.
