摘要
授权是博物馆文化创意产品开发过程中的一个重要环节,在国家政策和博物馆内生动力的双重驱动下,博物馆文化创意产品开发方兴未艾。博物馆IP与品牌作为授权的重要内容,它们之间有区别,也有联系,厘清这二者的关系,对博物馆授权的健康发展尤为重要。通过比较分析,博物馆授权应该授有权之权。
Authorization is an important link in the development of cultural creative products of museums.Driven by national policies and internal impetus of museums,the development of cultural creative products of museums is in the ascendant.As an important part of authorization,museum IP and brand are different from each other,though with some relations.To clarify the relationship between them is particularly important for the healthy development of museum authorization.Through comparative analysis,this paper argues that museum authorization should grant rights of museum’s own.
