摘要
骨肉瘤是儿童和青少年中最常见的原发性恶性骨肿瘤之一。尽管近年来骨肉瘤的多模式治疗取得了进展,但由于骨肉瘤易复发及远处转移,使得远期预后效果极差。长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)是一类没有或较低蛋白质编码能力的RNA,可作为肿瘤起始、生长和转移的调节因子参与肿瘤疾病的基因表达。最新研究表明小核仁RNA宿主基因(SNHG)可作为lncRNAs在骨肉瘤中起关键作用,主要参与肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭、转移及影响预后。因此,本文对lncRNA SNHG家族分子在骨肉瘤中的发生机制及预后价值作一综述。
Osteosarcoma is one of the most common primary malignant bone tumors in children and adolescents.Despite the progress of multimodal treatment of osteosarcoma,the long-term prognosis is extremely poor due to the recurrence and distant metastasis of osteosarcoma.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)belong to a class of RNAs that have no or low protein-encoding ability and can be involved in gene expression of tumor diseases as a regulator initiation,growth and metastasis.Recent studies have shown that small nucleolar RNA host gene(SNHG)plays a key role in osteosarcoma,which is mainly involved in tumor cell proliferation,invasion,metastasis and prognosis.This study aimed to review the mechanism and prognostic value of lncRNA SNHG family molecules in osteosarcoma.
