摘要
骨缺损的结构和功能修复仍然是再生医学中最大的挑战之一。3D生物打印是一种添加剂制造技术,能制造出更符合天然骨组织结构和生物学功能的移植物,减少生物工程组织结构和生理组织之间的距离,改善植入效果,在骨缺损修复和再生领域具有明显优势。本文综述了近年来3D生物打印技术在骨缺损修复领域的研究进展,讨论了其目前面临的挑战,同时对其在骨缺损修复领域的应用进行了展望。
The structural and functional repair of bone defects remains one of the greatest challenges in regenerative medicine.3D bioprinting is a kind of additive manufacturing technology,which can produce grafts that are more in line with natural bone tissue structure and biological function,reduce the distance between bioengineering tissue structure and physiological tissue,and improve the effect of implantation,it has obvious advantages in the field of bone defect repair and regeneration.This paper reviews the research progress of 3D bioprinting technology in the field of bone defect repair in recent years,discusses its current challenges,and looks forward to its application in the field of bone defect repair.
