摘要
间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一种具有自我更新及多向分化能力的多能干细胞,MSCs来源的外泌体(MSC-EXOs)运载各种生物活性成分,如蛋白质、脂质、信使RNA(mRNA)、微小RNA(miRNA,miR)、长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)、环状RNA(circRNA)、DNA等,这些物质可以作用于邻周或远处的细胞,从而介导细胞各种生物学作用,如通过影响血管内皮细胞诱导血管再生。本文就间充质干细胞来源外泌体的生物发生和在各组织中促进血管再生的研究现状进行综述。
Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)areaclassofpluripotent stem cells with the ability of self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation.Mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes(MSC-EXOs)carry a variety of bioactive components,such as proteins,lipids,mRNA,mircoRNA(miRNA),long non-coding RNA(lncRNA),circular RNA(circRNA),DNA and soon.These substances can act on neighboring or distant cellsto mediate various biological functions of cells,such as angiogenesis by affecting vascular endothelial cells.This article reviews the research status of the biogenesis of MSC-EXOs and the promotion of angiogenesis in various tissues.
