当前,我国社会主要矛盾已转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分发展之间的矛盾。西北民族地区社会主要矛盾的转化既表现出与全国一致的趋势,又有自身的一些特点。只有针对这些趋势和特点,从推动产业转型升级、加大对深度贫困区的政策倾斜和精准投入、构建区域综合协调发展机制、增加基本公共服务投入等入手,推动西北民族地区实现更加“平衡”和“充分”的发展,才能不断满足当地各族群众日益增长的美好生活需要。

At present,the main social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.The transformation of the main social contradictions in the northwest ethnic areas not only shows the same trend as the whole country,but also has its own characteristics.Only in view of these trends and characteristics,starting from promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,increasing policy preference and precise investment in deep poverty-stricken areas,building a regional comprehensive and coordinated development mechanism,and increasing investment in basic public services,can we continuously meet the growing needs of the local people of all ethnic groups for a better life.
