清代宁夏禁烟研究

鸦片问题是近代宁夏最为严重的社会问题之一,当时鸦片销售与吸食遍及宁夏全境,危害极大,严重影响到社会各个阶层。在清廷禁烟严令之下,宁夏在禁种、禁售、禁吸等环节采取了严守禁烟条例、加大禁烟力度、积极推广禁烟经验等举措,使鸦片泛滥得到有效遏制,取得了历史性胜利。宁夏官员在禁烟运动中立场鲜明、措施得当,既起到了示范引领作用,也为一方百姓作出了切实的贡献。

The opium problem is one of the most serious social problems in Ningxia in modern times.At that time,the sale and consumption of opium spread throughout Ningxia,causing great harm and severely affecting all social strata.Under the Qing court’s strict ban on opium,the Ningxia government has adopted measures such as strict observance of opium bans.This has effectively curbed the proliferation of opium and achieved historical significance victory.Ningxia officials have a clear stand and appropriate measures in the opium-ban campaign,which not only played a leading and exemplary role,but also made practical contributions to the people.
