摘要
提升教师专业素养,全面发展教师能力,重塑教师教学文化,需要教师在教学活动中体现艺术素养。基于艺术的教师专业发展要求教师调整教育理念:教师在日常教学活动中运用美学思维方式,创造反思性的教学美感经验,建构具有美学意义的课程,融合“艺术家—研究者—教师”三者一体的角色。基于艺术的教师专业发展路径主要有:营造全人发展的学校文化和美学社群;激活日常教学活动的美感;实施具身化的研修方式;评价教师教学方式的艺术化等。
To improve teachers’professional qualities,develop their abilities in an all-round way,and reshape teachers’teaching culture,teachers need to embody artistic qualities in teaching activities.Art-based teacher professional development requires adjustment of teacher concepts:teachers use aesthetic thinking in daily teaching activities;create reflective teaching aesthetic experience,construct courses with aesthetic significance,integrate“artist-researcher-teacher”as one role.The path of art-based teacher professional development mainly includes:creating a school culture and aesthetic community for whole-person development;activating the beauty of daily teaching activities;implementing embodied research methods;evaluating the artisticization of teacher teaching methods.
